Welcome

We are a “Made in America” company manufacturing accessories for the spray foam insulation and polyurea coating trades. Contractors can find items here available nowhere else and will immediately see their advantages. We are offering you job time saved and more accuracy with less strain.

Our first product began with a desire to reduce the weight of a spray gun. The gun model first picked was a Gusmer D-gun. We believe that this gun is underrated and is considered only a foam gun by many. With higher pressures and adequate heat it has accurately processed polyurea for many jobs. While it has its issues it is an easily cleaned gun and can be put back into service in the field quickly.

We started by taking everything off of the gun that was possible. These components included the coupling block, the filter screens, and the check valves. They were placed together in a new assembly and then connected to the gun with a short flexible unheated whip. Local contractors have converted their D-guns and are using this new version with good results so we looked at converting some other guns. The ones that have been converted are the GAP Pro, the GX-7, and the Probler P2.

The Screen blocks are able to be used for most guns. They are available to fit the Fusion or the GX-7 coupling block and also in extended filter versions for either. These extended versions offer more screen area than any gun in the industry.

The components that other manufacturers mark as A or B and are otherwise identical will not have markings by us that separate inventory. Parts such as hoses and screen screws can be used for either. You are in charge of identifying your A&B component parts when in use.

Gusmer and Glascraft, two of the oldest manufacturers of equipment for these trades, have both been acquired by Graco and since that time the availability of some parts has changed along with pricing. We are looking at making some of the replacement parts to economically keep equipment operating that is in use now. There are new products in our prototype phase that will soon be offered, but replacement or “Legacy” parts are part of an intended line for some machines and guns in our future.

If you are spraying thousands of dollars in material per day you should be using the finest in tools. You can find some of them now on our PRODUCTS page, if you are just not sure then try checking out TESTIMONIALS, but if you got to this site randomly browsing, try our LINKS where you can learn more about this “hot, high-pressure, plural-component” industry and see how wide the variety of applications are. And if you need to get equipment, training, or have an interesting project to spray somewhere in the world that you need help with please go to the CONTACT page.

Thank you.
